Your interest signup

We use your email for launch and invitation updates. Your postal code tells us where interest is coming from. Signup confirmation and county-interest emails include a removal link.

Contacting us

When you send our contact form, your email address and message go to Nabry’s support inbox and are used to respond to you.

Your notebook

The names, emoji or symbols, and notes you enter are visible within your account. An authorized Nabry administrator may enter a clearly marked, time-limited, read-only support view when troubleshooting; entry and explicit exit are audited. Your notebook does not become a shared directory or appear in another account’s search.

Your map boundary

A confirmed home authorizes a configurable area of up to two miles for parcel details. The server—not the browser—enforces that boundary. Your private labeled places may be outside it, but they do not unlock parcel or owner information there.

Farther-away map search

After you type at least three characters of an address or postal code, Nabry sends the partial search to Amazon Location Service for suggestions. Choosing a suggestion sends the completed label to Amazon Location Service to move the map. Nabry does not save or cache your partial searches, suggestions, final search, or returned place. If you click a house and add a neighbor, Nabry saves only the private title, selected point, and names you enter.

Parcel information

Parcel lines, addresses, and eligible owner-of-record details come from government or licensed data sources. Nabry+ may keep those public-record names visible on the map whether or not you add a private name or title. In the Add a Neighbor dialog, the public record is read-only context while you enter your own private household title or name.

Your choices

You can remove an interest signup from its confirmation or county-interest email. Signed-in members can delete their account from the account page. If you can’t sign in, contact support@nabry.com to request account deletion. Support also handles correction and suppression requests.

How Nabry handles information.

Information you provide

For the interest list, we collect your normalized email address, postal code, resolved county, signup method, consent time, and verification time. If you send our contact form, we receive your email address and message. If you accept an account invitation, account information may also include your login identity, confirmed home location, and private names, emoji or symbols, and notes you choose to add.

Apple and Google signup and login

We use Apple or Google to validate a verified email address during interest signup and, if you choose either provider, to identify your Nabry account when you log in. Apple may provide a private relay email address when you choose Hide My Email. For interest signup, we don’t retain a provider identifier or token. If you later use a provider for account login, we retain only its stable identifier—not access tokens or profile information.

Parcel and owner information

Nabry may display parcel boundaries, addresses, and current owner-of-record information obtained from public agencies or licensed providers. For an eligible Nabry+ account, current owner names may appear on authorized parcels in the map, nearby-home list, and Add a Neighbor dialog. An owner label may remain visible while you zoom out from an authorized parcel view, without a broader owner-data request. The public record is read-only; any household title or name you enter is a separate private notebook entry and does not change or hide the source record on the map.

How we use information

We use interest data to send launch and invitation updates and to plan county availability. We use contact submissions to respond to the sender and support the service. As you type at least three characters in map search, we send the partial address or postal code to Amazon Location Service for transient suggestions. If you choose or submit a search, we send the completed query to return a transient map destination. Nabry does not retain or cache these queries or results. The neighborhood service limits provider map data to the authorized area around a confirmed home. Private notebook names are not published or shared with other accounts. An authorized administrator may use an audited, time-limited, read-only support view to troubleshoot an active member account.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide Nabry, fulfill the purposes described here, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can remove an interest signup using the link in a Nabry email. Signed-in members can permanently delete their account from the account page. If you can’t sign in, contact support@nabry.com to request deletion. Account deletion removes account-owned records, while shared parcel records follow their source and suppression rules. Deleted records leave backups through their normal retention cycle.

Service providers and legal requirements

We may use service providers to operate Nabry, deliver email, host data, process authentication, and search map locations. A map-search provider can infer the place you searched. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Nabry, its users, or others. We do not sell private notebook names.

Security

We use access controls, geographic authorization, encrypted transport, and encrypted backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
