Joining the interest list

Joining does not promise access, a launch date, or availability in your county. Use an email address you control and provide accurate location information.

Your account and names

You are responsible for activity under your account and the names and notes you add. Your saved names remain yours; you give Nabry only the permission needed to provide the service to you.

Use Nabry respectfully

Do not harass people, violate rights or laws, bypass Nabry’s geographic or account controls, scrape or export data in bulk, disrupt the service, or access someone else’s account.

Map information is informational

Parcel boundaries, addresses, and owner details can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not treat them as a survey, title report, emergency service, official record, or professional advice.

Availability may change

Features, coverage, and paid offerings may change. Nabry may suspend or end access to protect people, follow the law or source terms, maintain the service, or respond to a terms violation.

Liability limits

Nabry is offered on an “as available” basis. The full terms describe the limits on Nabry’s liability to the extent the law permits.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nabry to harass others, violate privacy or other rights, break the law, bypass geographic or account controls, scrape or bulk-export data, interfere with the service, or access another account without permission.

Map and public-record information

Parcel boundaries, addresses, and owner-of-record details may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are informational and are not a survey, title report, emergency service, or substitute for official records or professional advice.

Availability and changes

Features, geographic coverage, and paid offerings may change. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect users, comply with law or source terms, maintain the service, or address a violation of these terms.

Nabry is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Nabry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
